Full Rate: $200 per hour session, $250 for 90-minute sessions
Availability: Weekly, biweekly, or monthly slots
Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement if your insurance offers out-of-network benefits.

Do you accept insurance? I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not directly accept insurance. However, if your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
What is a somatic therapy session like? Somatic therapy integrates mind and body in healing, focusing on nervous system regulation, awareness, and embodied processing. Sessions may include guided mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to help you feel more present and grounded.
I am a person-centered therapist. At the beginning of each session, we check in with the body & set an intention for the session. Everyone’s journey is unique, whether you are looking for weekly, biweekly, or monthly support; each session is a soft space to land and take off the armor.
How do you incorporate ancestral healing in sessions? Our stories are our medicine; they are a form of expression that can free us from past cycles and create space for new ones rooted in compassion and respect. In session, we hold space for your stories, body, and language- you will learn how to honor your emotions and embrace your expression.
